Urban Eden is proud to announce the successful completion of a fully off-grid energy solution for Dwarsrivier Country Getaway, a beautiful macadamia nut farm located just outside Mossel Bay.

The project involved completely disconnecting the property from Eskom supply infrastructure and transitioning the farm onto a standalone renewable energy system designed and installed by the Urban Eden team.

By removing the Eskom connection, the farm now benefits from:

Complete energy independence
Improved energy security and reliability
Reduced long-term electricity costs
Sustainable, environmentally friendly power generation

The system was engineered to support the operational requirements of the farm and accommodation facilities while ensuring stable and uninterrupted power throughout the property.
